We built the Franklin Homes Lost Creek modular home with Preferred Modular in 2025. Our experience from beginning to end was fantastic. Ben and his team went above and beyond for us at every turn-even when an item of concern was not necessarily Preferred's responsibility. If you're looking to build a modular, I highly recommend using Preferred.
