From the beginning to the end easy storage experience. Easy to close out the unit before leaving the area.
I called and the gentleman who answered the phone helped me secure the storage unit I needed to rent. He took care of entering my information into his system. The whole experience was quick and smooth. He was very customer oriented and this is something that is lacking with many businesses today. I know customer service because I retired from working on a computer helpdesk for 14 years. Every 6 months, we were required to attend a customer service class.
