A wonderful idea that is poorly managed; lack luster social services with teeth behind every smile. Some helped my family. However many did not. Especially in the end days or in the days following the loss of said family member. My experience with some of this facilities esteemed workers had made conscious efforts to not assist my family or had actively hindered the well being of my suffering family. I hope my life is never in the hands of such a cavalier health service.
