This health department is the most disorganized, infuriating excuse for public health I've ever had the misfortune of visiting in my life. My girlfriend was in crippling pain and was at risk of infertility, and the lady says in an uncaring, lazy voice "How about August 17th at 7:15 AM...." Today is August 3rd.
