We use FCX weekly for our greater St. Louis area shipping needs. They are great to work and are reasonably priced.
Will never rent a U Haul from here again. My online reservation cost due ($200)was more than double when we got to the facility. They lied about having to place 750 miles on a local rental of which I reserved for an estimated 50 miles. My preauthorization cost went up to $440 dollars. Since this new revelation was not affordable for us we decided to go with a 1 day rental. Do we believe the online reservsation cost or do we believe the U Haul when we arrive to the facility? Someone's not being honest.
We use them often for delivers. They are always friendly and helpful. We know unloading a truck at our location is not ideal but they never complain. They have even unloaded items at their location because it couldn’t be done at ours. Pam, Danny, and Carl are great.
