Franklin county EMS workers are rude,hateful,and has a smart mouths on them they refused to take patients which hospitals they choose.they do not care about the patients at all.i tried to get them to take me to Athens regional piedmont hospital for my CHF and kidney failure they refused .they tooked me to Lavonia hospital instead.then I had a bad time getting a ride home .Athens regional is easier for me to get home than at Lavonia hospital.they need to get rid of the workers they have now and get new ones
