I hope this saves someone the hassle and frustration of dealing with this unprofessional place. I carried my truck to them the first weekend in December 2024. I gave them a couple weeks before I called to check on it just being nice. The story was, parts are backordered for your vehicle. I called every week checking on it and usually no one answered or if they did they said they would check on it and call back, never heard back from them. Quite disappointed at pickup time! First off my car was with them for almost 2 months! It was the holidays and a small shop so I let it go! Then it came time to pick up my car and that’s when the real disappointment set in! First, I called an hour prior and said I was on my way speaking with their receptionist.
