I'm leaving this initial review as I just came in for an inspection and drop off. I almost didn't because of the reviews and pictures, but I wanted to see for myself. Bri, Joy, and Vincent are amazing, and the office and site is beautiful. They took over the previous office 2 years ago and COMPLETELY changed the environment and service provided. 100% recommend. After seeing some of the other reviews, I have to agree - Gerber Collision on Franklin Blvd goes above and beyond. I was able to bring my car in the next morning after the accident and they communicated with me throughout the repair process both by text and phone calls. Joy was amazing as were the rest of the staff. Thank you so much!
This shop went above and beyond...from the guy who came out and looked at my car to the girl (I'm sorry i dont remember your name) you talk to as soon as you walk in the office.....Anthony F. That did an awesome job working on my car....and the painter that matched the color perfectly.... I'm so glad I chose this location to do the work on my car...
My experience is always the best when I take my car into Franklin Automotive. The owner of the shop is so very knowledgeable and the Helpful staff does such a great job. I started going to Franklin Automotive to get my car Smog Certified, they do a great job with every need I have for my car.
I just got my gas cap (the small circular or square door that opens and closes on the gas gauge) fixed with Franklin Collision. This will undoubtedly be my first and last experience giving them my business. When I first brought my car in, their price was 300$, which is steep, but to save the hassle of finding a cheaper place around town I went with it.
