More propaganda than education. I did NOT feel listened to in the slightest. Go in and see for yourself. It's like I wasn't even a person, just a body to be crunched. In and out. Dr. Denny seemed unable to make a personal connection, like he was lecturing to a wall. I tried to speak up and was dismissed several times until I just gave up trying to make myself heard. Hope he enjoys his retirement because I think he's really phoning it in at this point. Go see Wayne.

Respect and professionality are very important and this office does not bring those qualities to their care. I had the misfortune of writing down the appointment time wrong (by 15 minutes) for my initial appointment. The front desk staff was very patronizing in the way she corrected my error. She actually seemed glad to have the opportunity to lay into someone. I highly recommend Dr. Denny to anyone looking for a Chiropractor. I was suffering from persistent neck pain and felt great relief after only a few adjustments. I have had several unfortunate encounters with local healthcare providers (being impolite or not having available appointments for several months) and I was blown away by how welcoming everyone at Franklin Chiropractic is. Dr. Denny is amazing! So gentle and kind. After 2 kids and working as a birth doula, my back gets a lot of wear and tear, but Dr Denny keeps me feeling loose in my spine so I can keep doing the work I love!
