Will NEVER go here again. And it's sad because the doctor was awesome but his receptionist is extremely rude. I had an appointment to return and my husband had a first time visit. We both had to work over on the day of our appointments and I I nicely called and left a voicemail because no one was answering phone and asked to cancel and could we reschedule. My experience is not with the chiropractor, but is with the receptionist in his office. The chiropractor has always been great but the receptionist has put me off on 3 separate occasions. This last time I asked to speak with him but she said she’d give him the message, but not to expect to hear from him anytime soon. He’s going on vacation. I told her I still wanted to hear from him and she said she would give him the message. Then the call ended. She hung up on me without even a good bye. I called to find out if they accept my insurance and the receptionist didn't want to help. Disappointed at the local home town service. Poor service.
Best experience I have had in a long time! Dr. Chris and his assistant are Fabulous! I highly recommend this Chiropractic office!
I wish I could give more stars. Dr. Karmilovich is incredible. He wants to actually listen to what is going on before jumping in. He's also committed to the idea of getting you out of his office- he wants to see you get better and not HAVE to come back to him long term. I appreciate a doctor looking after his patients' well being instead of just his own paycheck. I recommend everyone to Franklin Chiropractic. Oh yeah, and the receptionist is as friendly as they come too!
