Initial communication was good, but the automated text updates proved to be inaccurate. My truck was scheduled to be completed 1/2. I called to confirm it was ready, and it was not close. New completion date of 1/9 was provided. I called 1/8 to confirm completion, they said the date was moved to 1/14.
