In the end, it worked out great. Carson took care of me and tried his best (and succeeded) on satisfying every issue we encountered. They had it a bit longer than I had hoped, but Carson made everything excellent at the end of the day. Communication was great. Initial communication was good, but the automated text updates proved to be inaccurate. My truck was scheduled to be completed 1/2. I called to confirm it was ready, and it was not close. New completion date of 1/9 was provided. I called 1/8 to confirm completion, they said the date was moved to 1/14. I called 1/14 and was told someone would call me back. 2/5 times during this repair was my call returned. I did not hear from them until 1/21. Updating me that my truck was complete .
