Sandy is the Lady who helped me and literally would not give up for weeks to get my Lens correct and at no extra charge. She has the highest level of superior Customer Service and determination to satisfy her customers . It’s very hard to find that level of dedication in any Retail setting today ..

I love this shop. I have purchased a pair of glasses & a pair of prescription sunglasses. There is so much to choose from & everyone is so patient. They don't care if you try on every single pair in the store. I have been to other optician shops & this one is the most fun of any. I will return here for every eye glass need & I will bring as many friends as I can.
Expensive frames and lenses for.... what? Not a whole hell of a lot. Mine must have a crappy coating of some kind because it's coming off ON MY SKIN. Like, peeling off the inside of the frames. Totally ridiculous. Don't waste your time or money unless you like wasting time and money- you'll need a new pair of frames AND lenses in under 6 months, rest assured.
Shop after shop turned up nothing but boring, humdrum frames. What a great relief it was to come across a place with hundreds upon hundreds of artsy, unique, and quirky frames! Of course they have more traditional styles for those who appreciate the classics, too! Sandy and the rest of the team couldn't have been more helpful or patient, and the entire shop was so affordable I didn't have to limit myself whatsoever! I can't see myself getting glasses anywhere else from now on.
