Used one of their (very out dated) ATM's at Kentucky downs. It never gave me the money so I called attendant over & they said my bank would have to contact theirs and no worries that it would show no money was received. I went thru the process and did get my refund of the money I tried to take out... BUT Franklin Bank & Trust kept the $3.75 transaction fee charged for using their ATM. Hello Shannon, I have spoken with our Ebanking department regardling the refund process. When it is processed on our end the transaction fee is also refunded, your bank should have refunded those charges to you as well. However, I apologize that there was an issue with the ATM at all. If you could give me a call so that I can record the details of which ATM had an issue along with the date of the incident I will make sure that is reported as well. Love the personal touch of a hometown bank where employees actually know you by name. The online banking is SO handy to check everything and even to set up bill paying. The Christmas and vacation club accounts are a great feature to help save money. I would recommend it to anyone.

Went in there for change for the business I'm working for. Denied me because the clerk said "she don't think she could change out 100s unless you have an account." Figured that's something you should know as apart of your job. Sent an employee in today and he had no issues and doesn't have an account there. Seems like the place profiles people.
