My first time ever visiting this location. My initial phone call was with Chris who was very polite in listening to my concerns regarding my issues with my alternator on my 2002 Mazda Millenia. I had went through 5-6 alternators in which all were experiencing problems with either overcharging or not charging the battery at all. Took my Acura TSX in for rear brakes and several scheduled service items. I had not used Franklin before, but knew they had a good reputation, and wanted to give them a try. I was very impressed by the service I received. Check-in was a breeze (I did have an appointment), they offered shuttle service (which I didn't need this time), they performed the work we discussed, my car was ready on time, and the price was very reasonable. I'm thinking my TSX might have just found a new home for service!
