Don't get 'ripped-off' like me. Took my Rav4 into 'Franklin Auto Repair'. Issue was vibration in Steering Wheel & Brake Pedal. John Nielson (Mgr.) assured me Front Rotors were the problem. Said he could 'machine' both Rotors for $350. I said proceed. Days later the vibration was no better than before. Decided to take my Rav4 to a reputable Mechanic.
