Stopped by Advance Auto and was told it needed a battery replaced. Due to electronic additions to my van they couldn't do it but referred me to Franklin Auto Care. I stopped in and was told it would be a couple of hours. I'm passing through and didn't have time to wait. Brian went above and beyond to get it done right then. Happy to have met him and Chris.
The absolute best place I have ever taken my car. I've had my car serviced here a couple times now and each time it has been an amazing experience! The stress and worry of integrity in auto repair is completely gone. They are extremely thorough, caring and efficient!! You will not regret this choice!!!!
Came in here for my sons car repair, was up front about what the problem could be, and the course of action needed to repair the vehicle. The vehicle was repaired in a timely manner at a fair price, and we were kept in the know the whole time. We have since started coming here for all of our vehicle maintenance needs. The parking is very limited so call ahead and make an appointment.
Scheduled with them to have something fixed on my car.They got it done in half the time they said it would take and charged me half the price that they had quoted.Brian even showed me the old part and explained how it worked and why it was faulty.Dont believe any bad reviews left for them by Kyles and Karens.Chris and Brian are very kind gentlemen that treat their customers right and do great work.I wouldnt trust my vehicle with anybody else.Thank you, Brian and Chris!You guys are awesome!
Very honest company. I took my car in for a service I thought I needed. The owner called me and told me that it really didn’t need it. He recommended a $10 fix that I could do myself. I am not used to that kind of honest service. I am so grateful. He saved me over $400.
