I rarely post bad reviews, but I had the worst experience with this company. We were trying to refinance a home with Franklin; however, our experience with the underwriter and company were absolutely terrible. Every document they asked for, we got to them in a timely manner- the same day or the the next. For 90 days working with them, they consistently overlooked information we already gave them, and would consistently take several days or a week to even look at what we sent in.
