Needed to call someone at the branch level about my account and the number is disconnected . This isn't the only branch like this.
I've never acted with this local sales office. They are probably good people... I'm leaving this review here because of their their corporate Customer Service and PMI department. I gave them 2 stars because they gave me the best rate at the time of my home purchase, but their customer service, specifically the PMI department is horrible. Be aware.
