Roof and chimney flashing installation in November. Chimney flashing leak issue. Did come and siliconed one edge of flashing but still had a small leak. Has never come back to finish sealing leak as of March 4. I will have to hire someone to do it as I am disabled and can not get on the roof.
Got the estimate in August. Was told it would be October for install... Just easy peezy siding. In October, was told it was pushed to December. (installer was sick). Called today, Dec 4 to get a firm date. Lady had no idea what I was talking about. Said she'd 'send out a message' & call me back. Waited all day for a call. I guess my money just isn't good enough. They won't be getting my business or any business from anyone we know building or renovating houses.
Waited 3months for an estimate on repairing two homes and just now get a phone call that they wouldn’t be able to do the job because of inner office issues. Not a company worth waiting on!!!
