This is a nice modern building to live in. The management recently changed from Cushman & Wakefield (super professional and friendly, up to date apps etc) to AMC (seems like a private small business) and immediately they tried to impose fees for paying rent online using their private website. It is a really bad apartment, the leasing office staff is really rude.
I was a prospective tenant and have made multiple attempts to come view the property. First time was on Saturday during their open hours. Nobody was here. Then I actually made an appointment with their automated system and received multiple confirmation emails from Rebecca. I showed up at my time and have been waiting for 30 minutes and still nobody in the leasing office. Have called every phone number I can find and they are all automated systems that hang up on you.
