W&J Frankland Builders redid our bathroom, gutting the entire room down to the studs. From the moment we contacted David, he was polite and professional. He was able to accommodate our schedule, and he and his team finished the job earlier than expected. The project was kept under budget, and they even added some extras along the way. Communication was great - we knew what was happening every day of the project. The bathroom looks amazing! I'd definitely call them again for another project.

Frankland Builders completed a kitchen addition on my home in 2015 which was amazing. I could not have been happier with the quality of work done and the entire experience. This past week I was having an issue with a cabinet in the kitchen and they immediately came over and fixed the problem. Outstanding customer service.
Dave and his crew were excellent in building our addition. It looks beautiful, and every step of the way the whole crew were clean, respectful, hard working and responsive. I have already recommended them to two neighbors looking for an addition.
We contacted Dave last year for a massive job. We called 4 contractors and he was the only one who responded right away. Last year he converted our garage and office into living quarters for my son, wife and 2 kids. He also installed a shower in our powder room downstairs. “Phase two” of this project started July of this year and that was to build an In-Law quarters for my husband and I.
