It's taken me two weeks to write this. For those of you that the owner treats with respect and kindness...good for you. We have lived from Texas to Hawaii to DC and this has NEVER happened to me or my family. The day this happened it was my 2nd appointment with Jen. My first appointment I bought all the products and rescheduled at her urging. My 2nd appointment was for 12:00. I show up early, buy a coffee, and enter the salon. She was great with both my girls. She managed to work them in and they still got a VIP treatment. Jen is an absolute wiz and her supporting staff match her charm, energy, and work ethic.
