Disappointing.... When they moved to their new building, they stated that they accepted walk-in's. That is not true. They only accept appointments. My child walked up there two days in a row to try to get in or make an appointment and the doors were locked each time but yet they were opened. My child and I both tried calling both days and no one would answer the phone. Also I reached out to the owner (not their salon Facebook page cause all you get is an automatic message) and she was willing to get my child in for that day ... read more
Jen does a phenomenal job! Very knowledgeable, great product selection, beautiful and clean facility. Lucky to have a place that feels like a "big city" total spa experience so close to my small town home! 10/10 recommend!
Jen is amazing!! So much talent and care for my hair. Her styling tips especially helpful! Love the products she uses also.
It's taken me two weeks to write this. For those of you that the owner treats with respect and kindness...good for you. We have lived from Texas to Hawaii to DC and this has NEVER happened to me or my family. The day this happened it was my 2nd appointment with Jen. My first appointment I bought all the products and rescheduled at her urging. My 2nd appointment was for 12:00. I show up early, buy a coffee, and enter the salon.
