Stopped by for pizza & the Caesar salad with butternut squash & prosciutto. Everything was delicious & the service was great
Tried their pizza for the first time. While they nailed the dough consistency the overwhelming amount of parmesan in the cheese mix drowned out everything else. Couldn't taste tomatoes, could barely taste the pepperoni. It was basically melted parmesan on dough. So disappointing.
We go to Frankie's regularly. We love the pizza. The soups are excellent. We've tried a variety of dishes, all have been good. The bar is nice with a friendly neighborhood crowd. The service is always friendly and prompt.
My favorite spot on S Washington. The food, the service is always top notch. Su, Madison, and Tara always take great care of me. My go to drink is a French 75 and they know how to execute it 100%. I’ve had my fair share of other establishments within the proximity where they do not make the greatest French 75. That speaks volume as it is a classic drink. If you ever need a “pick me up” their espresso martinis are solid. Overall, I would highly recommend.
