A great place to gather with friend and enjoy fabulous food.
We went to Frankie’s Italian for a family birthday celebration around 10:15 PM. My daughter-in-law works here, just to give context. We ordered pasta and burgers, but since it was close to closing time, the pasta wasn’t made, which was totally understandable. Only the burgers came out, and we were fine with that. However, when the bill arrived, the two pasta dishes we never received were still charged. We politely asked if they could be removed. They only took off one. Great Italian restaurant. Generous helpings and really tasty. Often busy so book ahead. Or take a chance on the bar where you don't need a reservation and there's often a spot! Not cheap but well worth it.
Food was ok; I ordered the vegetariana pizza. Kinda had an odd taste I wish I had ordered something else. We also orders starters which were also just ok. The biggest problem was our server, she wasn’t very attentive we waited 30 min for our orders to be taken then she never checked up on us, we also had to ask another staff member to find her in order for us to get our bills, it was busy but with their menu prices and tip expectations I expect a lot better service.
