They are a valuable asset to the community in the veterinary care of cats. We have adopted three cats that have been in the care of Frankie's Friends and The Black Cat Market. They were from different living situations but have been given a second chance at life with the care and attentiveness of these valuable partnered facilities. Thanks for all the great work you do for our feline companions!
The owner of Black Cat Market called my phone, yelled at me, cussed me out, told me to come to her shop and talk in person - then when I said okay I’ll come to your shop, decided to play victim and attack my character. So you can thank her for my review. If you’re understaffed, set up an automated email reply. So many one star reviews with similar sentiment.
I wanted to just say I have never adopted a pet (they have only showed up on my doorstep). But black cat market / Frankie’s friends is a fantastic company. We have been looking to adopt another cat for awhile, well that morning a car hit me (we were fine) but we thought let’s not stress and go look at cats. I took my Benni here a week ago to get neutered and the staff was great ! They got him in right away and called me by 2pm for pick up. I had some concerns afterwards and the staff was very fast and polite at emailing me back right away!! Great prices and great mission. Thanks again !!
