They do a nice job!!!
I've been coming to Frankie's for the past 2 years. I've never had an issue or a problem. As far as damages go, you people that are complaining should look around before you complain about it because there's cameras everywhere. Also, if you believe that the car was not properly washed. Why not say something while you're there? And then have your car, go back through the wash. That's the problem everybody's trying to get over . STOP ACTING LIKE A BUNCH OF KARENS!!!!!
I finally used my free car wash and I was not disappointed. They did an excellent job and I will be back!!
This is a terrible place to go to. Once we came out of the car wash we realized that our fender mirror broke while we were inside, We wanted to talk to the manager and he was very rude, overbearing and took no accountability whatsoever. He tried telling that the reason why it happened was because we had an old car. He also tried saying that our mirror was broken before going in but that was not true.
