Be advised – The pizza from this place is "OK" - nothing special... but customer service can be downright frightening. The driver, a former owner and long-time employee is a volatile guy. We waited for over an hour for delivery. When he had difficulty locating our house - apparently no GPS or Mapquest, just dead-reckoning - he called and went off verbally on me, saying it was my fault for not giving the store better directions. good pizza – I need to disagree with the other two reviewers. Frankies is good (not great) pizza. The delivery service is reliable. They also have good hoagies. Delivery or takeout only. They usually have internet specials which make the prices quite good.
Frankie's Wayzata = eh – Pizza is solid. Nice plum tomatoe sauce. Nothing spectacular. Delivery service is extemely unpredictable. They will tell you 45 minutes over the phone. Sometimes it takes 15 minutes and other times it takes over 2 hours. Customer service is poor at best. The last time I ordered delivery , it took 2 1/2 hours (after being told 45 minutes). The pizza arrived ice cold and when I called to complain I was told I was partially to blame since I could of came and picked it up.
Wow! – Wow, what lousy pizza. The crust tasted like a month old pre-bake. No flavor or spice to the sauce. Don't bother.
