recently while traveling to Mexico, our Subaru front spoiler came loose and by the time we hit del rio, it was dragging on the ground - we checked local body shops and located Frankie's - we chose this shop as it was 'veteran owned', and my husband is a vet also - we pulled in, with no appointment and Frankie came out immediately and checked out our problem - he took our vehicle back, and proceeded to fix the issue right then - he offered us their lounge to wait, along with snacks and beverages ... we were there for no longe... read more
I have always wondered about reviews. Are they real? Trust me and believe these words. This is a great place of business! Great people! You will not find any place any better than Frankies. On top of great and kind people, the work speaks for itself. The guys straightened my tailgate without having to replace it. Most shops would have told you that you needed a new one. That kind of trust goes a long way with me. They even provided me with a ride home and picked me up once it was ready. Give Frankies a call and you will see ... read more
Good customer service but the work done is terrible. Never going back.
I took my truck to Frankie"s Body Shop for a fender scuff caused by myself. Frankie was very professional and explained in detail the options I had to have it repaired. He gave his expert opinion that I should just have it buffed out rather then have it painted to save myself some money. I'm really glad he was honest with me because the buff came out outstanding! He does quality work! I recommend Frankie's for your next body repair. Thanks again Frankie!
