Don't let their website photos fool you....paid over $100 each time (includes tip) and had to go back every time as they don't know how to cut thick, straight hair. Went to Alyssa and she messed up my hair, so tried Shaylyn and same thing. Each time I had to return for a fix. Still couldn't get it right. I had to search the city and finally found an experienced stylist that knows how to cut hair! Frankie's should do the right thing and offer a refund. Stay away from here if you have thick hair!

Frankie salon is so chic!  I’ve been seeing Tess for years now and I’m always completely satisfied and happy after getting my hair done.  The Oribe products are amazing and work the way they are supposed to!  They last a very long time too!   If you’re looking for a new stylist “don’t stress book with Tess”! .

I've been going to Brooklyn since 2023. I'm so happy to have found her to do my hair, she was the first stylist ever that was willing to do red on me. The first time we dyed my hair she exceeded what I had thought it would look like. Ever since I started going to her my hair has never been healthier, and grows faster than ever! If your in need of a stylist I would recommend going to see her as she is super nice and makes every appointment a wonderful experience.
