They are full of excuses. I had my Lexus lx rear bumper fixed there, they did not install it properly and blaming icbc not covering all necessary parts ,which I was not informed before the repair. Very unprofessional and not taking responsibility for their poor work, Don’t go back there nor recomend them.
Poor installation
Highly Recommended! Excellent Service! Johnny provided incredibly professional service and handled our issues so quickly. I brought in two cars, both of them had very severe body scratches and dents, but Johnny and his team repaired them perfectly. They look brand new now! On top of the flawless workmanship, the pricing was very reasonable. I’m so glad I found this place and will definitely be back for any future needs.
Huge shoutout to Thomas at Frankfurt Autobody! He was incredibly professional and walked me through the entire repair process from start to finish. I was planning on catching an Uber home after dropping off my vehicle, but Thomas went above and beyond by finding a driver to bring me straight home. Incredible, accommodating service. Highly recommend them!
