Thomas Wong and the team here are just solid. Had my car in for ICBC insurance repair and OEM parts replacement—everything was handled so smoothly. Like, zero stress. They kept me updated the whole time, which I didn’t even expect, and it felt super cost-effective for the quality they delivered. The collision repair? Spot on. You could tell they really care about getting things right. Honestly, I wasn’t expecting this level of customer service—way beyond what you’d think for a repair shop.
It’s never a good time when you have to bring your vehicle in for repairs, especially when someone did a hit-and-run on your car, however, I will say that my experience here made a bad situation as good as it could possibly be. Top-notch service, excellent communication from start to finish, and quality craftsmanship. I highly recommend Peter and the crew here.
