First day at Frankfort MMA, extremely satisfied with the training, with how amazing and in-depth it was! The facility was beautiful, cleanly like no other, and not to mention the family atmosphere was great. Came in early just as kids were finishing up instruction and noticed how phenomenal the trainers were with them, and just as awesome with adults.
