I don't know where to begin… This is the absolute most disgusting, rude, poorly built storage units in the world. I originally got unit #105 to safely store my belongings because I didn’t have space in my new apartment. I went there on 02/17/2026 to retrieve an item and when I got in there, me and my PREGNANT fiancée noticed a sentimental item (a raccoon skin made by my Uncle) was gone off the wood plaque and scattered about the unit. We paid for STORAGE not a rat infestation. Rats destroyed 400$ dollars worth of stuff and when we told management about it they were disrespectful and unprofessional:) -0/10
Michelle is the most helpful and amazing person at this location!’ She is on top of her game and so sweet!
I love renting at this storage unit. The ladies in the office are always nice. The property is clean and safe.
