I took cloths to get dry cleaned on 6/14/2024. The items included two pairs of pants and a Man's 3XL shirt. I went to pick up my items on 6/16/2024 and they did not have the shirt and acted like it was no big deal . As of today 7/5/2024 they have not called or done any follow-up. I called 4 times and it went right to VM. They Do Not deserve one star rating, the rating should be -10. I do not recommend them at all.
I love these people! Been going there for years for cleaning my sons uniforms, my clothes, mending dog chewed pillows and cushions, even mending a much loved old hat I own. I highly recommend them. They are always super nice and I honestly appreciate them being such a positive business in our community.
