After using them for a year for flour for my business they decided I had to meet delivery requirement costs in order for delivery. Talked to Jeremy, owners son and person who said we didn’t need to worry about minimums because of the large number of deliveries near us, he decidedly changed his recollection of our account set up and his exact assurance that minimums wouldn’t be an issue since there are so many people near us ordering. I have ordered from Frankferd Farms a few times, but on my last order I have purchased a 5# bag of pecans - $50 for a bag of nuts?! - that completely molded over after a couple of weeks, unopened, properly stored in my pantry. I tried contacting them three times, I send a couple of photos and showed the unopened bag - but it appears I was blocked after my first message.
