We just completed the installation our Solar A/C Coupling system from Frankensolar Americas Inc. at our remote Fishing Lodge and we are totally thrilled with the results. We installed SMA equipment and Polyntech Lithium Ion Batteries. The installation includes twelve - Pylontech US3000C 48V 3.5kWh batteries, two - SMA Sunny Island 4548-US Controller/Inverters, two SMA Sunny Boy 3.8-US Inverters and two arrays of 12 - 400 watt solar panels. Horrible customer service, no phone calls or emails returned. Promised delivery date and was not met. Missing materials and incorrect materials. They only care about large companies not small businesses
