I was in a severe car accident last year. I badly injured my right shoulder, my neck and my chest. This injury eventually led to sleep deprivation, which also led to a series of counseling. I've been a customer for several years. Everything was fine until I needed them. Then they lied and cheated their way out of their liability in my claim. They were extremely rude to me on the phone. I will never do business with them again. BEWARE!!!
Excellent company. We had a claim and the adjuster couldn't have been more helpful and pleasant to work with. I would highly recommend them to anyone!
Frankenmuth Mutual Insurance Co. is a joke, they will come up with different reasons why your claim is not covered, give you notice that you must pay out of pocket to fix the issue, then call you liar or say they don't believe you even when you send them pic of the repaired area, and the best part they will then say your home was improperly underwritten and cancel your insurance... STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!

Stay away from Frankenmuth Mutual Insurance Co. Had my first claim ever. Rude adjuster keeps coming up with reasons and excuses why they will not honor claim. The whole ordeal was nothing more than a big confused mess. Thanks to them, we will probably be homeless with health issues. Had fire, but they say because house was not built to code in 1975 (we bought house in 1992), we are responsible for the repairs.
