Frankenmuth Car Care for a car wash is absolutely terrible. The purpose of going there is to get your car washed without having to get out of your vehicle. They are making people go to the bay because of their laziness and unwillingness to do their job. I have monthly plan and they never scrub the back of my car 🤷🏻♀️ Also, the blowers are weak. But, the staff is friendly!
Sent my stepson here (he’s 16) with my truck for an oil change. Regretted it. A spark plug wire was removed and left hanging and all of the power steering fluid drained. What the fyck. I maintain this truck myself and know it was not like that when I sent it in for a simple fycking oil change. Avoid this place like the plague please.
Couldn't get my truck inside. Not bigger truck friendly, BUT, the staff were very understanding and directed me to the DIY wash just a few yards away. Would recommend.
Poor quality car wash and will not stop subscription after leaving numerous messages with employees. I’ve called them for two months trying to cancel membership because of the poor quality Carwash and have never received a phone call back from the owners. I have talked with three different employees and they say this is what the owners do consistently to people who try to cancel their membership.
