Thanks to Mark Newman for overseeing the work on my damaged rear bumper. I also appreciated the touching up of some other scratches on the trunk at the same time. Communication was excellent and the service was quick and courteous.
I would not give it a star if that was possible. Melissa was a great advisor, however the lack of communication and nonchalant attitude of the manager is unforgivable.
Can I get my wife's car back? You have had it with all approvals since January 29. The estimate was 50 hours, and you showed me the estimate was for 50 hours worth of work. Mike Rossi, manager, said you divide the number of total hours by 5 (for 5 hours per day work on the car) and add 2 to 3 days for unforeseen reasons. So that is 50/5 = 10 + 3 days = 13 business days. Huge thanks to Joe, Mary, and Jessica today for helping our family. Woke up this morning to find that someone stole the back left wheel off of my MDX. We have a 6 month old and it is my primary vehicle. It means so much that you were able to accommodate us - my husband could not speak more highly about the service he received today.
