I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Att'y Frankel. I found him to be an active listener with the ability to create a productive flow during our meetings. It's also appreciated that when reaching out (email) with a question or situation, he gets back to you in a timely manner and usually has already resolved or moved the issue into a positive direction.
