While technically proficient and responsive to communication, she was unable to devise or convey a legal strategy that met my business objectives, balancing risk and investment. Instead, I paid for a lot of expensive email exchanges trying to understand how her approach would get me to the right result. I ended up not following her advice. Great compliance auditor, not so legal advisor.
