We received excellent service throughout the building process and love our home for the most part, but make sure you have all verbal agreements IN WRITING with the builders or they will not be honored. One of the issues we had with our house as we approached the expiration of our 1 year warranty was with our distorted siding. The siding guys were sent to look at our house and it was determined that our neighbors' energy efficient windows were reflecting super hot rays of sun literally melting our home's siding.
