Today the Laing band played Christmas carols at several venues, including some retirement homes and Franke home. Franke home staff was completely unprepared and unprofessional, standing in the front yelling and causing a scene. The ladies in charge at the retirement home first said to leave then said it was “just too much” while freaking out. I am not sure what or why it was too much for them to handle a previously scheduled event or why they lack reasonable skills to delegate and provide Christmas carols for the residents. ... read more
My mother lives in Keil Healthcare and she is so loved and well taken care of. The staff treat the residents like family and it is such a blessing to have this ministry.
