Went back to Frank to get my counters.... And I am glad i did it. Love my counters! Frank and Peter went out of their way to find us the right stone ( mind I say...it fit my budget too!). Thank you guys and I hope people come to you in rows
Trying to avoid the big box tile stores, we came across Frank's store. My god! he has an incredible selection of tiles! We bough Italian tile from Frank after he, patiently and expertly, advised us on our options. We loved the experience of individualized attention without pressure. and will come back for kitchen counters. I will place another review with the update on the granite counters.
Frank and his crew just finished my kitchen today. The whole process was great from beginning to end. I picked the granite from the Waukegan warehouse, visited Frank and he chose a beautiful backsplash. The installers were perfectionists and paid attention to detail. They even cleaned up and hauled the old countertops away. They are a top notch company, no need to look any further!
What a horrible experience I recently had with this business. Really 'A Tale of Two Cities'. I brought a piece of stone to the Waukegan location. I needed this piece cut and polished to approx 18 in X 24 in. The very helpful guy (in Waukegan) explained that the price would come from the Highwood showroom. I left my item and phone number. Never heard back from anyone. Called the Waukegan shop and was told that the Highwood shop had set a price of $150.00. This seemed much too expensive!! We just had a beautiful porcelain floor installed by Frank Zanotti Tile and Stone. Frank’s advice was invaluable and his expertise and patience was truly appreciated during the selection process. The crew was professional, courteous and extremely neat and they worked long hours. They took care when it came to my walls and baseboards in the demo process and did an exemplary job laying down the new flooring. It was a pleasure having them in our home.
