Husband and I went to a Frank Webb in Waterford, Ct a while back. We never felt more uncomfortable in any showroom. No one assisted us as we walked in even though there was a woman available to help. When we finally got her attention, she acted as though we were putting her out.....not helpful at all in our search for bath products. We've remodeled many homes and have never been treated so rudely by an employee.
