Have nothing but good things to say about my experience with them. I purchased 2 full bathrooms worth of items through them as well as some kitchen and lighting. Everything is absolutely beautiful and of very high quality. Their showroom is beautiful and they have many high-end, quality items to choose from. I did have a problem with one of my showerheads. I would never do business with Frank Webb again. Our shower glass was ordered on March 8th but that didn’t happen we didn’t find out until the middle of April that it was never ordered. Our contractor stated the renovation on February 15th and as of June 19th the only thing incomplete is the shower glass. I was told that it was on a truck May 3rd out of Ohio to Syracuse NY. I was told that they could deliver my glass but they had no control over the installer that goes out and measures the area and sends the order to Webb. I... read more
