All of the FW Webb's that I've been to have been extremely helpful. There's always been somebody there to help me solve my problem and find what I need. I will continue to go back there for my plumbing needs. Quality products.
In the past I have used Webb for all my kitchen and bath projects and was very satisfied both with their service and their products. But my latest experience has changed my opinion of this company. The sales pro person took over a week to find out and inform me if the manufacturer had the part I ordered and when it would be delivered despite imperious requests.
