I highly recommend working with Anne Marie at Frank Webb! She got to know what we were looking for, steered us towards awesome design decisions for our bathroom renovations, and helped us problem solve along the way! We couldn’t be happier with the results.
Beware of FW WEBB in Mamaroneck, NY. Shocked by blatant discrimination while shopping for supplies for my husband's newest home project. Disgusted by their treatment. Never setting foot here again. Zero stars for their appalling behavior. I saw the workers accuse a black man of smearing literal feces on the bathroom wall, when the only homeless person that came into the establishment just a few minutes prior was white- AND HE USED THE RESTROOM! These people are disgusting!
Sales person was very friendly, but did not properly explain products and the high end shower parts purchased have never worked properly and received no customer support after purchase to address he problems.
Nice sales people, but not very informative and not the best follow up service after products are received with problems.
