Everyone in the showroom is great to work with. Very responsive and attentive to our needs as a plumbing contractor.
Everyone one here is super helpful! The showroom ladies knew exactly what I needed and were able to get me what I needed fast! The counter guys were fast in grabbing the materials and very helpful in making sure I had all I need!
Man at front counter was rude and very unprofessional- not helpful at all.
New corporate policy is only licensed contractors who can buy parts. Due to "liability," homeowners can not work or fix their own house now. I will do everything I can to avoid anything sourced from this company.
