I would like to share my current experience working with Frank Webb of Brookfield. It has been a pleasure from the moment I walked in, really helping to put a design and bathroom together that fits our budget. Used Brookfield store for 2 bathroom showers. Prices are higher than other places, they made mistakes on what was recommended & ordered items didn't match our dimensions or specifications. Plus we had to pay a 35-/50% restocking fee when wrong, whereas if I ordered from Amazon or big box stores, no restocking fee if it didn't work & we could get items faster. Never using again.
I'd like to salute Jennifer at Frank Webb Home in Brookfield. Jen has worked closely with us since late June to provide all materials for renovating our main bathroom. She's always been extremely pleasant and professional and communicative about delivery time frames. There was a major dimension mistake in one key item, and it could not be made to fit. Yet Jen immediately took charge and ensured a re-order was made, and the projected delivery date was very accurate. It was a pleasure working with Jen through thick and thin!
Had fabulous experience with JimT, very friendly & helpful with everything. Last minute changes on our end, he was super accommodating and quick to change our delivery and order with no fuss. Will definitely use him and Frank Webb again.
