Over priced. I went there and purchased some valves I needed. Their web site said they were $20 but they charged me $28. Home Depot would have been $15 for the same valve. I won't go here again for parts or fixtures.

My wife and I have visited the FW Webb showroom in Ballston Spa a few times. We did not have an appointment. I spoke with Scott Lee, showroom consultant, a few times. He was very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. I would recommend him without question. The showroom is also excellent.
